What data and for how long?

Newsletter

Our email list is managed with Buttondown.

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter then we will hold your email address until you let us know that you want to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails we send or by contacting us.

Online shop

Our online shop is managed with Shopify.

When you click on the ‘Buy Now’ button on our website, a checkout session will be created with some Shopify cookies necessary for the functioning of the site. You can find out more about cookies by visiting www.aboutcookies.org/.

If you place an order through our online shop then we’ll need to ask for your name, email address, payment details and a delivery address. It would be quite hard for us to deliver a game if we didn’t know where it was going.

Your information will be held for a minimum of 6 months in case we need to come back to solve any problems with your order.
